The king and the queen, accompanied by the prince of Wales and Princess Mary, visited the offices of the London county council at Spring gardens to Inspect the bronze panel which the trade union congress is presenting to the American Federation of Labor, to hang in Its new offices at Washington. The king commented on the fact that tho wood of the panel was made from the timbers of the old Victory, and expressed his pleasure that "fraternal greetings from the organized workers of Great Britain to organized workers of America" Ameri-ca" were Inscribed thereon.
