School Children to Be Encouraged in Lambasting Kaiser Superintendent Smith Considers Con-siders Excoriations of the War Lord Excusable. GEOWING disposition on the part of the school children of Salt Lalic to indulge in expressions of contempt for the kaiser, has raised a problem of language with which the teachers and principals have been of late struggling. Criticism of a small boy's profanity when directed toward expression of his opinion of the German war lord, has in one or two instances resulted in. the youngster's accusation of pro-tierman sympathies against the teacher. While there is no disposition on the part of tho teachers or the superintendent to encourage rough expression of dislike or repulsion, there is determination that full and free speech, within the range of decent language, shall be encouraged. encour-aged.
