Show DR. ROBERT WELLES FISHER, who will leave today for duty at Jefferson barracks, St. Louis. Captain Robert Welles Fisher Leaves Today for Post Near St. Louis. Dr. Robert Welles Fisher, captain medical reserve corps, has been ordered to report for duty at Jefferson Barracks, Bar-racks, St. Louis, and will leave for his station this afternoon. Dr. Fi. her has been prominent professionally pro-fessionally in Salt Lake more than twentv years. He has been president of the Utah State Medical association, president of the Salt Lake County Medical Med-ical society, secretary of the Utah state medical 'examining board, member mem-ber of the Salt Lake City board of health for eighteen years, on the consultant con-sultant staff at St. Mark's hospital, and until recently was professor of materia ma-teria medica and pharmacology at the University of Utah. Dr. Fisher is a native of Delaware and a member of a colonial famil'. He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College Col-lege of Pharmacy and the Jefferson Medica college. He tendered his services to the government gov-ernment when this country entered the war last year. He was commissioned captain iu the medical reserve corps June 15, and was called to active service ser-vice this week. |
