Show FRATERNAL CONGRESS IS PLANNING OUTING Plans for the annual outing of the All-Fraternal All-Fraternal State congress during the first of August are under way. according to announcement of John H. It has been -ugcested that a subcommittee of three from each lodge be appointed and report to the general committee Ideas as to prizes ;ind manner of entertainment.
