Show OPENING IE Feature Will Be Dealers' Race; Musty Crebs Again in Charge of Events. Tbe bike racing season of 1918 will be inaugurated in Salt Lako next Sunday Sun-day afternoon, May 12, at Beck's bike track. The day will be Bicycle Dealers' dav, and more than $200 worth of prizes will be put up by bicycle dealers of the city. No. admission fee will be charged. The feature event of the day is to be a one-mile, open, dealers' race, in which all bicycle dealers must participate, or hold themselves open to a fine by Manager Man-ager Albert (Musty) Crebs. The same sort of race was staged last year, and was very popular with the fans. Phil Wright won the 1917 race, and appears to be the favorite for this year's eon-tost. eon-tost. Others who will ride are: Hopper, Anikan, Anderson, Turrivell, Guthrie, Fowler and Claflin. It has been reported re-ported that they are burning up the roads to get into first-class condition, and they promise to make things hot l'oi Wright. The races next Sunday afternoon will begin promptly at 3 o'clock, sharp. Raymond Boes will act as chief scorer, and Louis Niepag as referee.
