Show PLEADS GUILTY TO DISLOYALTY CHARGE SAN FRANCISCO, May 4 Otto Jauson, son of the head of the Janson Iron works, of Oakland, Cal., pleaded guilty today in the United States district court to a charge of attempting attempt-ing to cause disloyalty and insubordination insubordi-nation in the military and naval forces of the United States. Federal authorities charged that Janson Jan-son had said that he "was. in. sympai thy with Germany, and the whole world will bo compelled to 'bow befoTe the rule of the kaiser." He will be sen! cured Monday. Janson Jan-son is liable to a maximum sentence of twenty years in prison and a fine of $10,000, under the espionage act. |
