Show MASONS CONDUCT LOMBARD FUNERAL Funeral services for Dr. A. F. Lombard Lom-bard were held yesterday afternoon at the residence, 324 West Third North street, at 2:30 o'clock, and at the Masonic temple at 3:30 o 'clock, the first service being under the auspices of Lynds chapter No. 1, Order of the Eastern Star. The principal service was that at the temple3 where the full Knignta Templar ceremonial was rendered, with L. M. Brumbaugh presiding. The Rev. Peter A. Simpkin, who knew him intimately, in-timately, briefly reviewed the life of Dr. Lombard, and dwelt at length upon the kindliness of his disposition and the philanthropic tendencies of his nature. Special vocal music was rendered ren-dered by A. H. Peabody, Mrs. Norman Atkinson and Miss Edna Pwyer. The pallbearers were J. T. Wardenburg, Irving Goodfellow. Anton Boxrurl, Adolph Anderson, E. S. Springer and F. B. Sherwood. Interment was in Mt. Olivet cemetery. |
