OCR Text	Show BROWN RESIGNS AS HEAD OF RAILROAD MINNEAPOLIS, March :4. The resignation resig-nation of K, L. Brown as president of the Minneapolis & St. Louis railroad was announced at the road's offices here today. to-day. Ill health was given as the cause. Mr. Brown Is now in a hospital at Rochester, Roch-ester, Minn., where he recently underwent two operations. James Russell, general manager, is acting as the road's chief executive pending the naming of a new president. Mr. Brown formerly was vice president and general manager of the Denver & Rio Grande and still is a director di-rector of that road. His condition is not considered dangerous.
