Show PATRIOTIC MEETING PLIM OGDEN Tabernacle Gathering on Friday Night Expected to Show Public Sentiment Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, March 24. As one means of furnishing proof that Ogden and her citizens are ready for their patriotic duty in defense of national honor public-spirited men have arranged for a mass meeting to be held in the tabernacle taber-nacle next Tuesday night. Among those who have already accepted invitations invi-tations to attend the meeting and speak are Brigham H. Roberts of Salt Lake City Charles R. Mabey of Bountiful, David 0. McKay, Judge John D. Murphy, Mur-phy, Spanish war veteran: Captain E. T. Hulaniski, civil war veteran; M. M. Clothior? civil war veteran District Judge A. W. Agee, Judge C. C. Richards, Rich-ards, Senator Joseph Chez, the Rev. John Edward Carver, the Rev. Frank G. Brainerd, the Rev. Christian A. Gar-ver Gar-ver and Fred G. Taylor. Members of troops B and K, Ogden-units Ogden-units of the National Guard of Ltah, will participate in the demonstration by marching through the business district dis-trict to the tabernaole on the night of the meeting. |
