Notice Is hereby ylven to all stockholders stock-holders of Guardian Casualty & Guaranty Guar-anty Co., a corporation, organized and existing under the law? of Die state of Utah, that a special meeting of the- stockholders stock-holders of said Gua rdian Casualty & Guaranty Co. vrill be held at the office of said company .it room 416, McCornlck building. Salt Lake City, Utah, on Thursday, Thurs-day, April 5, 131 T, at the hour of 2 o'clock p. m.. on said day. Said meeting is called and will be held for the following follow-ing purposes: 1. To consider and vote upon a proposed pro-posed amendment to article V of the article of Incorporation of taid company, com-pany, under which the amount of its capital cap-ital shall remain unchanged, but shall after such amendment be represented by 100. 0p0 chares Of tne par value of $5.00 each.
