OCR Text	Show M'MILLAN NOT TO SEEK RE-ELECTION Special to The Tribune. TWIN FALI-S, Idaho, March 24. James I McMillan, who has been secretary of the Twin Falls Commercial club for the past four years, has just announced that he will not be a candidate for re-election at the coming election of officers of the Commercial club. Mr. McMillan was one of the promoters of the Twin Falls project, and hia wide acquaintance and his knowledge of conditions on the tract hnvo made him a valued man in the chair of secretary. His successor has not yet been susKosted.
