Show FOUGHT IN COURT; JUDGE IMPOSES FINE Fines of $10 each were imposed upon Charles S. Vadner and Fisher Harris by Judge W. H. Bramel of the Third district court yesterday afternoon alter the two men had offended the court by a bitter exchange of blows. The fight started when Harris attributed attrib-uted a lie to Vadner. The two were passing each other iu the courtroom and blows quickly followed the accusation. Vadner is the plaintiff in the case of Charles S. Vadner against S. N. Downing Down-ing and others, while Harris was a witness. wit-ness. The two men were separated by Deputy Dep-uty Sheriff E. G. Brown and R. A. Kane, clerk of the court. They were immediately arraigned before Judge Bramel, who administered a stinging rebuke and fined them for contempt, I the fines being promptly paid. |
