' This building, when completed, will be one of the largest, if not the largest, buillding of its kind in the intermountain rtgion. The dimensions are 90x165 feet. At the present time the building will be oily one story high, but the foundation aid walla are being built so as to accommodate accom-modate two additional stories as soon as 1 t.iey are needed. The show-room will be rlctly modern and will be furnished in a light gray. The floor will be of white tile. The dimensions of the show-room will be 42x90 feet, allowing plenty of room for the display of Overland and Willys-Knight cars, for which the com- pany is distributor. I At the rear of the sales room will be located the offices, which will also be equipped with the very latest time-saving devices, and at the side of the general offices will be located the manager's office of-fice and a separate office for the salesmen. sales-men. The stock room will be one of the most complete to be found anywhere. In it will be found any part for the proper operation of Overland and Willys-Knight automobiles. The building will face on Main street between Fifth and Sixth South streets and the service department will face on Sixth South street. The service department depart-ment will be run in such a way that all owners may expect an interview with the sen-fee manager whenever ho brings his car to the garage. The shop will be run separate from the service department and in this way Mr. Brown Ine believes that his firm will be able to still further Improve Im-prove their high grade of service for which the firm already has an enviable reputation. The Bowers Building company has the contract for the building and they hope to have it completed n nd ready for occupancy oc-cupancy by the middle of April. |
