Show 'ADVERTISING 15,' SAYS WJJDMDNDS Relates Interesting Conversation Conver-sation Heard on Subject Aboard Train. W. S. Edmonds sales manager for the Browning Auto & Supply company, has an interesting story to relate which brings home another reason whyvit pays to buy advertised cars as against cart which are not so well advertised. According Ac-cording to Edmonds, a, short time ago while returning from the Overland factory fac-tory at Toledo, he heard the following conversation between a couple of fellow passengers: "I like my car and it has always given me good service, but I find fault with the makers in one respect, they do not advertise. I don't think such a policy is fair to the owners. Strangers Strang-ers and others look at my car and say, 'X never heard of that car before; where is it macb? 1' Suppose I want to sell it. Is the second-hand value a great in proportion to the original cost as it would be with a car that has a reputation reputa-tion with the public?" "No, it is not," said his friend. "I know from experience that you are right. I buy an Overland car every year for the reason that it is well and favorably known, and because of this I believes it carries the highest secondhand second-hand value of any car on the market. always get a good price for my cars when f sell' them, and there are always plenty of people anxious to buy U6ed Overlands.
