Show KNIGHTS TO HEAR JOHN B. M'GAURAN Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. Feb. 17. Charles A. Magiiire, district master for the fourth decree, Knights of Columbus, and a larsje number num-ber of Ogden members of the order will ,o to Salt Lake City next Thursday evening even-ing to hear an address by John B. Mc-Gauran, Mc-Gauran, Colorado orator, In observance of Washington's birthday. The meeting will be held in Barratt hall, and Mr. McGau-ran's McGau-ran's subject will be, "America Among the Nations." The action of the district master in bringing Mr. McGauran to Salt Lake for a lecture on Thursday Is in line with a policj' adopted by the fourth degree throughout the United States to hold public pub-lic meetings in observance of Washington's Washing-ton's birthday anniversary. The fourth degree, according to Mr. Magulre, exemplifies exem-plifies the patriotism of the Knights of Columbus, and patriotism Is sounded throughout the work of this branch of the order. |
