Show TEACHERS FINISH IN ANNUAL CONVENTION Special 1o The Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho, Feb. 17. The fourth annual convention of the Bannock County Teachers' association closed Saturday" Sat-urday" at noon. More than 100 teachers were In attendance from all sections of the county. The Saturday morning- programme took up three topics "School Activities," "Parent-teacher's Associations" and "Our Association." Dealing with the first subject, sub-ject, Principal Gore of Downey talked of the organization of boys' and girls' clubs, and Principal O. H. Love joy of Soda Springs talked on play and recreation in the schools. Dealing with "Parent-teachers' Associations, Asso-ciations, Principal B. F. Kizer of Bancroft Ban-croft and Miss Hannah Bonner of Cambridge Cam-bridge told of what had been done in their districts. The discussion of "Our Association" was participated in by Mr. Nordstrom of Bancroft, Mr. Love joy of Soda Springs, Principal Gore of Downey and County Superintendent Bertha Atkin of Pocatello. |
