Show HUGHES-ARIZONA TO LIST IN NEW YORK Company Plans Aggressive Campaign of Development, Develop-ment, Say Officials. U. S. G. Todd of the Hughes Arizona Copper company received word at the offices of the Continental Securities aud Investment company, underwriters of the stock, that the stock of the Hughes Arizona is now to be listed on the New York curb. - Further information was given that additional development work was to be carried on upon the Bay State property, which has been recently acquired by the Hughes Arizona company, through a two-year lease. The development work on the Copper Hill and Alma claim of the Hughes Arizona Ari-zona is disclosing much ore of a good milling grade. The ore is being stored upon the dump preparatory to treatment by custom mills as soon as completed. The management accounces that tho policy pol-icy of the company is to aggressively carry on the development work. The most recent sale of property in the district is that of the Pay Master mine, formerly operated under the name of the Victor Pay Master. This property prop-erty has been a producer of considerable magnitude and now has been acquired by J. C. Burch and associates of Los Angeles and Glendale, Cal. Mr. Burch is an old-time operator in the Nevada field and it is his iitention to erect a treatment plant upon the property, for the purpose of treating a pile of tailings tail-ings that is estimated to contain from $60,000 to $75,000. It is also the intention inten-tion of the new-owners to continue development de-velopment work upon the mine. Great showings of rich ore aro being exposed in the workings of the Keystone Consolidated. Some of the latest finds carry high values in gold. Satisfactory work is being dpne upon the North Georgia and the developments are disclosing extensive bodies of high- grade milling ore. All development work on the leading properties is being : done consistently and with great satis- faction. Everything seems to point to a very prosperous year in the booming i young camp. j |
