Show CHICAGO ARTIST IS CITED FOR BRAVERY PARIS, Feb. 17, 9:10 p. m. Herman Webster of Chicago, a well-known artist, who commands section 2 of the American ambulance field service, has been cited in an order of division for "the greatest disregard of danger and for coolness in- all circumstances." This disregard for danger, says the order, was shown "notably on the. night of December 2S, when he proceeded in an automobile of the sanitary service under an intense bombardment to an advanced first aid post, which he did not leave until the removal of the last wounded man." |
