Show START MILL SOON Superintendent Makes Optimistic Op-timistic Report Concerning Concern-ing Property. Superintendent W. W. Ruby of the Lynn Big Six Mining company has been in the city tbo past few clays t attend a meeting of the directors and look after the sampling of a car of ore. The result of the sampling shows an average of fliO to the ton. As there were, thirty-five tons in the car, a handsome hand-some check will be added to the treasury treas-ury of tho company. Mr. Ruby reports a satisfactory condition at the mine. Tho incline Ln tho east vein is approaching approach-ing a depth of 100 feet and it will not be long before connection can be made with the crosscut on the 200-foot level, from which stoping will take the place of hoisting. Mr. Buby reports that he is more enthusiastic than ever over the property prop-erty and is proud of his work of the last year. Ho says he has developed three Veins of fine mill ore, nearly one-half of which runs more than $60 per ton. He has marketed nearly $15,000 worth of ore and has about completed the installation in-stallation of a mill, with a pipe line and huit, besides doing some work for ten other claims belonging to the company. Prediction is made by Superintendent Iluby that the Lynn Big Ste is soon to become one of tho best Known and most valuable gold mines of Nevada. The mill will start up about a week after the weather moderates. |
