CHANCE WILL GIVE ANGELS REST SUNDAY Special to The Tribune. ' LOS ANG12LKS, March 17. After driving driv-ing his men through a snappy practice at Washington park this morning. Manager Man-ager Chance of the T-os Angeles club declared de-clared that he would give the Angels a rest Sunday. Chance was well satisfied with the manner man-ner in which his men have rounded into hape and says he will keep them poing at top speed from Monday until the open-inz open-inz or" the season. Signs will not be given to the club until a week before the season starts, as Chance wants to be sure of the men who will form his team this year. John K. Powers, president of the club, was In San Francisco today, dickering with the Chicago Cuba for three players.
