Show REAL MOTOR TIME IS IN THE SPRING Tire branch Manager Tells of Views of Motorist; Open Car Eest. ""vVhile the closed type affords comfort com-fort and. the continuous use of cars in severe weather, yet the renl pleasure of automohilinp begins in the spring, when open cars can be used. On my own part, I can hardly wait for the arrival of the time when'T can find relief from a strenuous stocking-up selling period in the lure of the open country, said J. T. Moore, sales manager of the Quaker City Rubber company, makers of Quaker tires, in expressing the views of the average 'ar owner. "The (leniHnd for Quaker tires," Jlr. Moore continued, "has exceeded our manufacturing facilities. In fact, we hadn't a single tire left in our plant on March 1. Now, however, we nave been able to make some chances and additions that will increase our output out-put to a degree that will put full stocks in the bands of all our dealers within a very short period. Of course, most of the sizes in general use have already been delivered to dealers. "Users and dealers everywhere tell us that Quaker tirrs have the call with motorists who make unusually long tours, because of the wonderful endurance endur-ance imparted to the. tires by our exclusive ex-clusive process of tempering the rubber. ' ' Never before has the outlook, for tiro business been f-o good, and our sole concern is to he able to supply Quakers in sufficient quantity not to disappoint either our dealers or the users." |
