Show CHICAGO, March 17. Livestock for the Chicago, Kansas City and St. Louis packing plants will be hurried into the various stockyards between now and Monday Mon-day in an effort to furnish meat to the cities affected. Hale Holden, president of the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy railroad, said tonight that "the situation looked most hopeful." He said it looked as though "the union heads realize the gravity of the situation facing the country and also realize that the railroads can offer no concessions untit the constitutionality of the Adamson law be passed upon."
