Jews throughout the world will rejoice re-joice over the downfall of autocracy in Russia, for under the new order of things the members of their race have been granted the same Tights and privileges priv-ileges allowed other citizens. There will be no more "Black Hundred" outbreaks out-breaks and no more "blood atonement" trials, and the Jews who have been compelled to remain in Russia will be able to take part iu the upbuilding of a great republic based upon the equality equal-ity of man, truth, liberty and justice. At least these things are promised at the start, and if there is any failure it will not be because the Jews have refused to perform their part after centuries cen-turies of oppression. It would be the best possible thing that could happen to the new republic if it should be financially aided by. the Jews in the hour of need and it may be that money from this source can be obtained to prosecute the war to a successful conclusion. con-clusion.
