Queen Asked to Co-operate. LONDON. March 17. 10 p. m. Kine A-lfonso of Spain, says an Exchange Telegraph dispatch from The Hague, quoting quot-ing the Cologne Gazette, has written to Queen Wllhelmina of Holland asking her co-operation in the continuance of the relief re-lief work In Belgium, In the event of war between Germany and the United States preventing the Americans from continuing continu-ing the work. The queen, the dispatch adds, promised to co-operate, and immediately im-mediately directed a nunVber of Dutch students to prepare to fill the relief committee com-mittee positions in the occupied districts of Belgium.
