COLUMBIA COLLEGE TO HEAR SUTHERLAND WASHINGTON, D. C, March 17 Former Senator George Sutherland has accepted an invitation to deliver a course of hvo lectures at Columbia university uni-versity early in 191S. These lectures will deal with the organization and powers pow-ers of congress and after delivery will be published in book form. They form part of a series, the first having been delivered bv President Wilson, the second sec-ond by Governor McCall, of Massachusetts, Massachu-setts, the third by William Howard Taft and the fourth will be those delivered de-livered bv Senator Sutherland. The selection se-lection of the person to deliver the fifth scries has not been made.
