NOTICE OF SPECIAL STOCKHOLDERS' STOCKHOLD-ERS' MEETING. Notice Is hereby given to all stockholders stock-holders of Guardian Casualty & Guaranty Guar-anty Co., a corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the state of Vtah, that a special meeting of the stock-holders stock-holders of said Guardian Casualty A. . Guaranty Co. will be held at the office of said company at room 416, McCornick building. Salt Lake City, Utah, on Thursday, Thurs-day, April o, 1917, at the hour of 2 o'clock p. m., on said day. Said mepthig is called and will be held for the following follow-ing purposes: 1. To consider and vote upon a proposed pro-posed a mend in en t to article V of the articles of incorporation of satd com- pany. under which the amount of its capital cap-ital shall remain unchanged, but aha II after such amendment be represented by 100, OOu shares of me par value of $5.00 each, instead of the present. 50,000 shares of the par value of $10.00 each. 1.
