Brown, mining engineer in the Dooly building, who purchased an Allen "Classic" touring car January 1, and has driven it every day since. Brown states that during the heaviest snow-storifls. snow-storifls. when the going seemed almost impossible and nine-tenths of the cars in Salt Lake City wero comfortably tucked away in their garages, his sturdy Allen bucked tho drifts and plowed through the slush without a whimper. "Throughout the terrific strain which the unusually bad weather has subjected the car to and during the coldest days 1 have not had one symptom of engine trouble of any kind, and she is always ready to 'start on the gun.1 " C. N. Carruthers, manager of the Tn-ter-Mountain Motor Car company, local Allen distributors, who sold Mr. Brown the Allen, states that it is just such performances per-formances as this that have won the Allen the distinction of being the "biggest "big-gest little car in the world." |
