Show RUNYON IS NAMED TO RECEIVERSHIP j OGDEX. March 17. At a brief session of the United States district court in this i city today. Judge T. D. Johnson appointed I O. JL Runyon receiver of the James Coal & Ice company. The action was taken at the request of Raymond A. Ryan, who now holds the interest in the company formerly held by his father, T. D- Ryan. The appointment of a receiver is the outgrowth out-growth of a judgment obtained some time ago by an eastern bank against the local company. Mr. Runyon has been in charge of the company's affairs for the past two years. |
