If HVise bill No. 156 Is signed by Governor Alexander, as is confidently expected, there will be a complete change from the , present system of automobile taxation. According to County Assessor R. O. Graliam, the new bill provides that cars shall be taxed according to their weight Instead of their power, as at present. Automobiles weighing 2000 pounds or less v. ill pay $15 for a license and those -weigh in;? more will pay in proportion to wciffht.
