Show UTAH-IDAHO CENTRAL HEARING DATE FIXED Hearing will be held before the public utilities commission at Brigham City on July 29 on the application of the Utah-Idaho Utah-Idaho Central Railroad company for permission per-mission to tear up its local street car tracks at Brigham City. The company reports that it is operating operat-ing a half-hourly service, between 7 a. m. and 9 p. m., at Brigham .City, over the 2.61 miles of line there, and that its operating op-erating revenue daily, without taking into account overhead expenses, Is $8.78. Its revenue averages daily only $5.69 gross, i In addition to which Brigham City is ; contemplating paving, which would re-' re-' quire the removal of the rails now there and of the pole line from the center to the side of the street. The company al- ready has an investment of about $42,000, : and says that the estimated cost of the expenses incurred to the company by the ; paving would be $45,000.
