Mr. Stratford comes to Pocatello from Great Falls, Mont., where for two years he was engaged as assistant manager of the W. A. Baehr company, owner of the local gas plant. Mr. Stratford is well known locally, as well as in Ogden and Portland, ha-.-lng held important positions with the Utah Power & Light company ! at Ogden and later with the Portland Gas &.
