Show ASSESSMENT NO. 33. Lehi Tintic Mining company, incorporated incorpo-rated under the laws of the state of Utah. Principal place of business, Salt Lake City, Utah. Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the board of directors, held on the 18th day of June, A. D. 1919, an assessment assess-ment of two cents per share was levieo on the outstanding capital stock of the corporation, payable as follows: One-half One-half cent per sharo July 21, 1919; one-half one-half cent per share September 22, 1919; one cent per share November 21, 1919, to H. J. Fitzgerald, secretary of the company, com-pany, at No. 425 Atlas block. Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 21st day of November, A. D. 1919, wilt be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and, unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 10th day of December, A. D. 1919, at 11 o'clock a. m., at the office of the company, room No. 425 Atlas block, Salt Lake City, Utah, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the costs of advertising and expense of sale.
