Show JAMES H. ROBERTS IS GIVEN $250 FIN& Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, July 16. James H. Roberts, who was found guilty by a jury yesterday of having liquor in his possession, was sentenced by Judge D. R. Roberts in the i city court this morning to pay $250 fine or serve ISO days in the county jail. A ten-day stay of execution was granted by the court. Joseph B. Bates, county attorney, prosecuted the case, which wna handled by Sheriff H. C. Peterson and Deputies T. H. Blackburn and William Brown. |
