Show DECLINE TO MARCH IN VICTORY PARADE DUBLIN, Juiy 16. (By the Associated Press.) The Irish Nationalist association, composed largely of followers of the late John Redmond, who fought during the war, decided today that its members would not march in the Victory parade in London on Saturday. It had been announced an-nounced officially that they would participate partici-pate in the celebration. The change of attitude, ft was said, was made known after Viscount French, lord lieutenant .of Ireland, Raid in a telegram tele-gram to Colonel Winston Spencer Churchill, Church-ill, secretary of state for war, that he (Viscount French would "take the salute along with members of the Irish government govern-ment and other officials" in reviewing the parade. |
