The situation is being be-ing relieved somewhat by the return of road engineers who had gone overseas; but I still believe that there will be need for Utah to go outside the state to get a supply of engineers commensurate with the federal aid program it has under way." Frickstad, highway engineer In the government service, has been stationed at the Ogden office of the bureau bu-reau of public roads, to give his attention primarily to the problem of hastening the post road program of Utah and of other states at the eastern end of this district of the bureau of puhlic roads. He will be assistant district engineer for the bureau. B. J.
