Show HISTORIC TOWER OF LONDON MAY BE KAISER'S PRISON A1 GENERAL view of the historic tower of London, showing the many buildings which make up England's famous fa-mous old prison and fortress. The large structure with four cupolas is the famed "White Tower," which will probably be the future "home" of the ex-kaiser of Germany. The "White Tower," the erection of which was started by William of old, and finished twenty years later by his son, William Rufus, was recently opened to the public. The secret dungeons of the tower, places of great historic interest, hold gloomy secrets and tales of horror. In this tower is the cell where Sir Walter Raleigh spent ten years. i s j li -rrsi? ; s n s J |
