Show DECLARES AUTOPSY REVEALED WOUND NEW YORK, July 16. Dr. Charles M. Norris, chief medical examiner of this city, declared tonight an autopsy ho performed here May 12 on the body of Frederick A. Dowsty, the special investl-gator investl-gator of the shipping board who was found dead in Seattle on May 2, confirmed con-firmed the belief of Dowsey's brothers that the man had been murdered. Asserting the autopsy revealed no indication in-dication that apoplexy had been the cause of death, Dr. Norris said he had found "a long, y-shaped, ragged, contused wound on the right forehead near the line of the hair and a large bruise on tiie right side of the head, which were certainly caused while Mr. Dowsey waa alive." |
