Show Bolshevists Are Repulsed. LONDON, via Montreal, July 16. The following communication was issued by the war office today dealing with the operations on the Murmansk front in Russia: "On July 14 500 Bolshevilii attacked our garrison at Tivdiya. They were beaten off after an engagement of an hour and a half and retreated southward, burning bridges. "The enemy suffered considerable losses. Our pursuing force picked up twenty-two dead and many wounded. "SYe suffered no casualties. "Partisans 1.0 the west of Lake Onega attacked Bolsheviki who had landed in Shunga peninsula, killing many of them." |
