Show UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT for the District of ULah. In the matter of Frank O. Wesley, bankrupt. No. 5373 in bankruptcy. Petition for discharge. To the Hon. Tillman D. Johnson, Judge of the district court of the United States for the district of Utah: Frank O. Wesley Wes-ley of Salt Lake City, In the countv of Salt Lake and state of Utah, in "said district, respectfully represents that on the 20th day of July, last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt under the acts of Congress relating to bankruptcy; that he has duly surrendered all his property and rights of property, and has fully complied with all requirements of said acts and of the orders of the Court touching his bankruptcy. Wherefore, he prays that he may be decreed by the Court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against his estate under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge. District of I'tah, ss. On this 16th day of July, A. D. 1919, on reading the foregoing petition, it is ordered or-dered by the Court that a hearing be had 11 non the same on the 3rd duv of September. A. I. 1919, before Paid Court, at Salt Lake City, in sid district, at ten o'clcH-lc in the forenoon ; and that notice thereof be published in Salt Lake Tribune, Trib-une, a newspaper printed in Paid district, and that all known creditors and other persons in interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if iinv they have, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered by the Court, that the Clerk shall Bend by mail to all known creditors copies of said petition und tli is order, addressed to them at their places of residence as staled.
