Show j MARYSVALE MARYS VALE, July 8. Mr. and Mrs. Jason Haws, Miss Eula Murray, Miss Hazel Black and Miss Lorna Black came down from the log cabin for the Fourth. Mrs. John Howes, Mrs. Padie Qulnn, M. F. Murray and Melvin Howes motored to Salt Lake Wednesday. A number of Mrs. Frank Sargrmt's friends surprised her on Wednesday, it being her birthday anniversary. Luncheon was "served to the following: Mrs. Heath, Mrs. Wilt Hvatt, Mrs. J. D. Bertelsen, Mrs. Alice Williams, Mrs. Whiting, Mrs. Candiee Blakesley, Mrs. Swenntng Anderson, Ander-son, Mrs. Von Cameron, Mrs. Lucy James, Mrs. Pearl Gibbs. Mrs. J. U. Sarpent, Mrs. Lee Lakin and Mrs. James stocks. Lawrence Hamel was married to Miss Jennie Robins of Scipio in Salt Lake on July f. After a short honeymoon in Og-den Og-den canyon they will be at home to their friends in this city. Mr. and Mrs. Cabanne of Seattle, Wash., who have been visiting with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. James Long, returned to their home Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. George Haws and Mr. and Mrs. John Williams motored to Coyoto Wednesday to witness the horse races. Miss Nell Barber gave an aluminum shower at her home on Sunday for Miss Thelma Scoging. She served dainty refreshments re-freshments on the lawn to the following follow-ing guests: The Misses Annie Peterson, Carrie Anderson. Eula Knauso, Vie Sargent, Sar-gent, Blanche King. Lila Gibbs, Mrlba King. Flov Knause, Ruth Roeerpiist, Nora l'eterson, Thelma Scoging and Mrs. Irma Uoseriiiist. Andrew Jensen and son Charley spent the Fourth in I'rovo. |
