Show TWO PARTIES UNITE ON JUDICIAL TICKET Democrats and Progressives Decide, Through Eepresentatdves, to Present Pre-sent Solid Election Front. The judicial convention for the nomination nomi-nation of non-partisan candidates for three judgeships in the Third judicial district will be held about August 20, according to a decision reached at a meeting of the joint judicial committees of the Democratic and Progressive parties par-ties held in the law office of Weber & Olson at noon yesterday. A tentative agreement was reached that the two parties should nominate the same candidates at separate conventions conven-tions to be held on the same day at the same time. The Progressives "contemplate "contem-plate holding their convention in the courtroom of Judge M. L. Ritchie, while the Democrats will make use of Jude T. D. Lewis's courtroom, both in tho City and County building. The meeting time will be at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. after-noon. The representatives of the two parties par-ties at the meeting yesterday were Stephen Ste-phen L. liichards, C. L. Olson and Ross M. Bonny. Democrats, and A. T. Moon W. W. Barton aud Allen T. Nnnt'ord' Progressives, with Stephen L. Kir-hards as chairman of the meeting. |
