Show FEATURE BABY CARRIAGE PARADE Unique Procession Will Be a Part of the Annual Pioneer Celebration at Ogden. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, July 8. The committee in charge of the baby carriage parade to be a feature of the Pioneer day cele- i bration in this city has issued a circular cir-cular announcing the event, together with the conditions governing the fea- turo. Any baby under 19 months of ago is eligible to be entered and each carriage must be attended by a young woman from 15 to 18 years of ago, the attendant to wear a nurse's cap. The young attendant may be the young mother, sister or friend of the baby. It is contended that 1500 babies born in Weber county since January 1, 1915, are eligible to participate in the parade. The committee has planned to form the parade line at the eity building at 7 o 'clock on the evening of July 24, move north on Washington avenue to Twenty-third street and back to the city building. The street is to be kept clear of all other forms of traffic during the parade. Three prizes have been offered of-fered for the best decorated baby carriages, car-riages, the prizes being $25 for first, $15 for second and $10 for third. The "judges will he Leslie S.
