Notice Is hereby given by the under-etKiied under-etKiied that a special meeting of the stockholders of the Weslein Utah Copper Cop-per company is called and will be held at the office of the company, 1020 New-house New-house building. Salt Lake City, Utah, on tlie 14th day of July, at 10 o'clock a. m. of said day. That Baid meeting is called by stockholders stock-holders representing In excess of one-half one-half of the outstanding stock. In accordance accord-ance with article JI, section 2, of the bylaws by-laws of tlie said company, and will be held for the special purpose of voting fifty thousand (50,000) shares of the stock now held in the treasury of the said company to the bankers, or such other parties as may be elected, who shall furnish the necessary financial aid to bring about the construction of a railroad rail-road from Wendover, Utah, to the mining min-ing camp of the Western Utah Copper company at Gold Hill, Tooele county.
