MONKS REPORT MIRACLE Ico i Holy Well Bears Message and Picture of Saint St Petersburg Dec 31In the village lage of Kullkoo Is a monastery with a well of water which long had a reputation repu-tation of working miraculous cures but lately had been losing It During a severe cold spell the well froze hard and the monks to get water cut out the Ice When the ice was carried to the surface of the ground they were amazed to find Imbedded In It and clearly pictured an icon of the patron saint of the monastery a chojlec and the word Repent In ancient Slavonic The Ice gradually melted and with It the miraculous pictorial representations representa-tions but not before the abbot and several monks had testified that they had seen the objects Thc abbot objtts abbO reported re-ported the matter to the synod and to the newspapers with the result that pilgrims are setting out to the pigrim seting monastery monas-tery from l parts of the empire and I that the ancient reputation of the monastery and Its miraculous well have been reestablished
