BOGAN AND LITTLE BELL l J I > t Two of Park Citys most promising properties are the Bogan and the Little Bell group of mines which are under the management of Solon jSplro The Bogan Mining companys group of claims Is located on the hill northwest north-west of the King shaft and until this season has been Idle for several year Early last spring control of the property prop-erty was secured by Solon Spiro and others and work begun in the shaft theli 500 feet In depth At present the shaft has reached the OOfoot mark and It Is I understood that a station will be cut at this point and a crosscut run in search of the vein exposed near the surface by an old incline in-cline The plant Is a complete one for prospecting including a geared steam hoist boilers steam pumps In the shaft blacksmith shop and boardinghouse boarding-house About eighteen men are em I I ployed at the shaft at present and p work will bo continued through the winter Its proximity to the King makes this property of special Interest to many I THE LITTLE BELL f Encouraged by the developments at tho Quincy Solon Spiro and others t bought the Little Bell group of claims t located Just south of and adjoining tho r Quincy and erected a fine hoisting t works boardlngjhouse etc and proceeded pro-ceeded to sink a shan for the the contact con-tact which was reached a few daya ago tit a depth of 335 feet from the collar col-lar of the shaft tAt t-At this point a station will be cut and drifting on the contact begun The f general opinion seems to be that the F Little Bell will fall In line as a producer pro-ducer within a very few months
