Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the North front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, on March 22, 1988 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. of said day; for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated August 30, 1985 executed by Joseph E. Brimhall and Teresa A. Brimhall, as Trustors, covering real property located at 435 North 2300 West, West Point, Davis County, Utah and more particularly described as follows: fol-lows: Beginning on the west line of a street at a point South 89 deg. 56'51" East 955.4 feet along the section line and North 189.0 feet and North 1 degree 25' 41" East 426.83 feet and West 30.01 feet from the South Quarter comer of Section 33, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the city of West Point, and running thence North 1 degree de-gree 25' 41" East 20.4 feet along the west line of said street, thence North 0 deg. 8'16" East 100.0 feet along the west line of said street, thence North 0 degrees de-grees 10' West 4.6 feet along the west line of said street, thence West 278.34 feet, thence south 125.0 feet, thence East 277.7 feet to the point of beginning.
