Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of March, 1988 at 9:00 a.m. at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State and Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by LINCOLN SERVICE CORPORATION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by K LANCE CARPENTER CARPEN-TER and DAN R ABEL, as Trustor, recorded May 19, 1983 as Entry No. 640795, in Book 943, at Page 299, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in in . favor of GREAT FINANCIAL FEDERAL, FED-ERAL, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 20, 1987, as Entry No. 0808500, in Book 1205, at Page 540, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 6, MEADOW CREEK CONDOMINIUMS, a Planned Unit Development, as shown in the Record of Survey Map for Meadow Creek Condominiums, Con-dominiums, appearing in the records re-cords of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, in Book 915 of Plats, at Page 602, as Entry No. 623449, and as defined de-fined and described in the Declaration De-claration of Covenants, Conditions Condi-tions and Restrictions of Meadow Creek Condominiums, appearing in such records in Book 915, at page 603 and following fol-lowing as Entry No. 623450, both such instruments having been recorded in said office on September 24, 1982. Together with and subject to a right and easement of enjoyment in and to the Common Areas and facilities as set forth in said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Res-trictions of Meadow Creek Condominiums.
