DAY Iff J if3i.i;l lit. CHARLES M. SIMPSON The tribute speaker will be Salt Lake County Commissioner Mike Stewart, a longtime friend of scouting. Presenting the awards will be council president, Kevin R. Watts and his wife. Masters of Ceremonies Cere-monies for the evening will be Doug Miller of KSL Radio and Carole Mikita of KSL-TV. The Silver Beaver Award is the highest award that a volunteer may receive from a Boy Scout council. It is presented, upon approval of the National Court of Honor, for noteworthy service of exceptional character to youth by registered scouters. Local scouters receiving the Silver Sil-ver Beaver Award include Shirl "H" Bunting, Bountiful; Joseph F. Cutler, Bountiful; LaMar A. Day, Bountiful; Loris A. (Bud) Haacke, Woods Cross; Alden M.
