Mr. Fenimore was asked to address that conference on ways AAG was able to use local assistance to ease its start-up. The plant manager has been asked to address both houses of the State Legislature on issues ranging from education, taxes and the state's business climate. "It has been a team atmosphere," atmos-phere," Mr. Fenimore said of the company's success. "We have de-. veloped a true "Team Utah" approach to management of this business.
