Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, the 16th of March.. 1988, at 7:00 p.m. at the Farmington City Municipal Building, the Farmington City Council will meet to consider the following: 1. A petition by several property owners to annex approximately 266.75 acres located between Burke Lane and Tippetts Lane and 650 West and 1100 West. The annexation area includes a portion of West Farmington and the Burke Lane 1-15 Interchange. The property is contiguous to the City limits on the North and West and is more fully described herein as follows: Beginning at the west quarter corner of section 24, T.3N., R.1W., SLB&.M which quarter comer is on the east boundary of a county road and running thence N 0 degrees 1 l'W 692.92 ft. along the section line and said east boundary of a county road to the south line of a 66 ft. wide county road (Clark Lane): Thence S 89 degrees 53' E 2,005,45 ft. along said south line of Clark Lane; thence North 1 ,41 1 .98 ft. ; thence N 89 degrees 36' W 675.00 ft.; thence N 0 degrees de-grees 16' E 653.10 ft. to a point which is described as being north 1.44 chains (95.04 ft.) and East 2.13 chains (140.58 ft.) and N 89 degrees 28' E 545.20 ft. and N 88 degrees 54' E. 654.10 ft. from the Southwest corner of Section 13. T.JN.. E.1W.. S.L.B.
